We provide clients with Labor & Employment Law transactional legal services, including but not limited to, reviewing, drafting, amending, revising, updating, and/or otherwise auditing for legal compliance on behalf of the clients’ current policies, practices, procedures, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, severance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-solicitation agreements, commercial agreements, collective bargaining agreements, operating agreements, and employee handbooks, guidelines, and procedures. We also conduct annual legal compliance training, seminars, and courses for clients, as well as perform outside audits, reviews, and/or investigations concerning labor & employment related client matters. 

In addition to providing traditional labor law advice, counsel, and representation, our firm offers counsel on matters of union contract administration, collective bargaining negotiations, labor grievances and arbitration handling, layoffs/WARN issues, NLRA violations, representation petitions, modification and de-certification petitions, union elections, unfair labor practice charges, unlawful strike authorization votes, picketing, rights of free speech and assembly on job-sites, privacy issues, unfair competition, collective bargaining for single and multi-employer associations, labor management mediation, as well as public sector employment actions before the Los Angeles County Employees Relation Commission (“ERCOM”) and the California Public Employee Relations Board (“PERB”).

Given our extensive experience handling employment lawsuits, our firm is now advising employers how to manage their employees during this trying time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team is up to date on the various employment-related laws that have been passed, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Therefore, we are educating clients on the recently imposed federal legislation to further assist with class actions; wage and hour claims; discrimination and retaliation claims; and claims involving causation issues.
